We currently ship to Australia only, covering all states and territories. We deliver to all residential, business, and PO Box addresses.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 (or free shipping over $50.00 AUD)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment via Australia Post’s website.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist in resolving the issue where possible.

7. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Provide a description and, if possible, photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
